Subway Panini

A national product launch microsite for Subway Canada, built with Sid Lee. Everything on one page, in two languages, on every device — on an emergency timeline.

Subway Panini — Sid Lee

Working closely with Sid Lee, Techlicity was brought in to build a dynamic microsite for Subway Canada supporting the launch of their new panini range.

One page, no dead ends

The brief was a seamless experience: everything a visitor needed available on a single page, with no reason to click away. That constraint shaped every decision that followed — what could be revealed in place, what could be layered, and what had to be cut.

The site was built responsively and served in English or French based on the visitor’s location. Video, mouse-over hotspots and parallax scrolling carried the interaction, giving the product range room to be shown rather than described.

The part that mattered

This was an emergency turnaround. Agency partnership work usually is — by the time we’re called, the timeline is already the problem. Our job on projects like this one is to be the part of the schedule that doesn’t slip.
